Oh yes. I've dressed up as a rag doll, one of the three blind mice, Buffy the Vampire Slayer... um and I'm blanking.

I spied a guy dressed as a Whoopie Cushion while I waited for a bus home. 

Needless to say, I was glad he didn't ask me to sit on him.
