Sweet God Ogmious are people stupid? There is a gentleman down in Kansas City, MO who went out of business with his e book shop. He attempted to donate the books to local liberaries and such and they turned him down. Yes, this is disappointing because books are full of knowledge and ppl have given up reading as much as they should.
But if you are knowledgable about books you don't do what this man did and is going to do till the books are gone! He is burning them in a "protest" that ppl aren't reading anymore. What is wrong with this man? He seems knowledgeable enough and smart enough but in my opinoin he is showing his complete and utter stupidity! So the KC libraries are full and won't take his books! You don't burn them because your pissy! You go out of the area and see what libraries and book stores need fresh books and donate to them. There are tons of schools and towns across the nation that are in a bad way of needing books. Put the word out and offer to give the books to them for free for a discounted shipping price or hell even free shipping. Just because your area has tons of books doesn't mean other areas in the US do. Or donate them to organizations that give books away to children and adults in the US or over seas!
