Two weeks ago my landlord's daughter was startled by my Rottie who broke off of her chain. Now I know a lot of you are "I hate rotties! They are aggressive dogs!" Kiss my ass mother fuckers. Any dog can turn on a person no matter what breed. It is all about how they are raised and if they are neglageted or abused or not. My dog was a big baby and she is the biggest lap dog you have seen. Unless you have seen my sister's mixed lab lap dog who not only outweights my rottie but is also a lot taller.
Anyway. I was forced into finding a new home for her. Landlord after okaying us to bring her back in May and even loving on our dog of course took his daughter's bluster and bitchign and such. His middle daughter lives in the other house on the property besides ours and the landlords.
Then my granny died. I and the kids ran home so I was unable to meet the potential new family. Randy meet the dad and the two teenage kids and the ex wife!:D Armed with all my questions and all of my dog's small but important to me behavors and routines. They were more than willing to accomadate her behavors and routines. Not to mention they have 33 acres of property for her to run on. They have other dogs both hunting and pet dogs. And the kids are defintally involved in the care of all animals. So Sunday after the kids and I went home, my rottie, my fur baby, went to live with a lovely family. And they were very impressed with Randy interrigating them over their home, land, and such and even called a few times already to give us updates.
The landlord and his fucked up daughter and son in law left Randy alone all week long while I was gone. Nothing was ever said about the dog, nothing was said to Randy about how bad it was that my granny died and he was left alone on Thanksgiving. Those fuckers didn't even invite Randy to Thanksgiving meal knowing he was by himself!
I pull in at 7:30 pm. At 8 pm, right after the kids ate and got ready for bed and I just finished my own Taco Hell food, the phone rings. I knew right off the bat it wasn't anyone for me ......nope it was the landlord.
How many dogs do you have. Randy: 1 we got rid of the rottie last weekend.
Oh. Well what about the other dog? Randy: You mean my schnauser?
Yep. Where is he. Randy: Well as you were told in May when we asked about moving the dogs also, he is an inside outside dog. Outside during the day and inside at night.
Get him outside or get out. That is a breach of contract of the lease. Randy: Okay. No problem. We will complie, but Bobby, this isn't work. I am not some dumb stupid Okie or Texan. We asked about the dogs before we moved in and it isn't a breach of any contract even if Jackie did notice you put it in the lease and I didn't catch it about dogs. You allowed the lease to be broke right along with us concerning the dogs since May.
Well get him outside. Randy: No problem anything else?

So yep they are going after me and my animals that they allowed in the house since May. They left Randy alone the whole time I was gone.
All steaming from his punk ass lil son in law that lives in the other trailer not liking my dog. And I didn't bow down to his punk lil ass when my dog got off the chian. She startled them and I know it, I saw most of it. Then since I didn't back down from the lil fucker, his bitch lil wife went whinning to daddy. We complied with my dog.
Randy and my mom are figuring that they are going to try and find a way to break our lease with the rest of the animals. I am all over it. I like Randy's dog but I can live with out him. I just got the birds but I can live with out them. The cats, they won't go anywhere. I refuse to get rid of my cats. The landlord can have his small tiny shrunken wrinkly texan dick cut off by me and shoved in his mouth and then bent over his son in law's truck and ass raped by a shovel via my hands before I get rid of my cats.
So I have it out on Free Cycle for my hubby's dog. He can be AKC registered we never did, he isn't fixed because eventually I wanted to breed him when I got my own place and he has been raised around kids. He is a beautiful if not annoying lil dog. I will donate the parakeets to the nursing home averay here in town. And then the war begins.
Starting with Randy going to one of the local hardware stores for new door handles and locks for all the outside doors. The Landlord's lil bitch of a daughter htat lives on the property likes to be noisy and she can't be noisy with my house. I have curtains and blinds up on most of the windows. But I don't put it past them to unlock my door and come inside. Since we saw them or better worded caught them taking pictures of our last neighbors (the white trash) inside of their house through windows.
Then when he is home and those are replaced.......we are making a trip into county sheriff's office and making a general statement on how our landlord is treating us and how we fear that his son in law or him will poision our dog when we aren't home. We are also going to hear it fromt he county sheriff what we can do if we catch them on our property with out prior notice and if we can press charges on the lil bitch of a daughter who is still stuck on mamma's tit.
Next I will go get grocieries and such and come home.
Monday before I start my job training (if I still have the job after leaving for the funeral when I was suppose to start) I am going to be calling the State Office in OK in charge of Landlord/Tennat laws. I have a printed off copy and I am going to be finding out what legal recourse I have against the fuckers.
We figured out that the oldest daughter whom had her baby, probably plans on either divorcing her hubby (who also works at the plant with daddy and other son in law-same plant that Randy works at since landlord is his boss-i know i know we couldn't avoid it......it was the only place we could find on short notice!) or forcing him to move from another town to this trailer to be closer to mommy and daddy. The girl has been a mother for 4 months now and has yet to be alone over night or in the evenings with her own child! As soon as hubby leaves for work she brings her 26 year old ass over to mommy and daddy's! So we think they are trying to get us out before the lease is up so oldest daughter can move in! Their youngest daughter is the smartest one of the bunch! She got the fuck out after she graduated highschool this may! She went to Dallas to school! And she hardly comes home.
To top it all off the family that took my dog for me, said yay those B's are a odd family. Been here for 10 years and nobody can stand them. Plus lil punk ass son in law has been beat down a few times.........and once was by the teenage son of the family that took my dog. So that family now holds a special place in my heart for that also on top of taking my doggy in:D
Randy wants to stay till the lease is up........I said fuck that.......As soon as we get taxes back....and I get some of the collection bills paid off we are finding a new place to live cause I have some plans for the landlord and his family. And I dont' want to be living here when I put them in action..........
Randy doesn't know what to do cause I am being all calm about things now. He wanted to cause some damage tonight via some sorces and I said no baby.......wait...............:D
And yay there is drama with my hubby and me right now also. But that will be more of a convo for my sissy when I get a chance to call her and atticsmouse
