I got an A! I got an A! I got an A! Hey Hey Hey!

I recently finished taking my Final Exam for English Comp I 45 minutes ago! I received an A!!!!!! Yay me!


I actually missed two questions. One for 4 points and the second for 28 points. The 28 point question was a matching question and all semester long the professor and us students were having issues with the matching questions. She kept trying to take them out and we kept trying to answer them. Even when we would answer them correctly according to the professor's key it would mark us wrong. So anyone who happened to get a matching question on the exam automatically received full points!

In other words I only missed one four point question! Woot Woot!

I am so proud of myself! Easing back into college has been an adjustment for not only me but my entire family because Mommy would disappear for a few hours if the kids were home or I would be working on my homework and Daddy would have to help with the kids' homework!

This next semester I will be taking English Comp II just to finish out my English requirments. I don't need to take public speaking because that is one of my grades that transfered from my first attempt at college as a fresh out of highschool teenager! And I pulled a high B in that class. Simply because I used my highschool speech club speeches and the professor didn't like a couple of the topics! Kids who Kill Parents as an informative speech and a Presasive speech on why I was against Public Schools making students wear uniforms.

Yay! I am happy! I have a bottle of merlot chilling for tonight's dinner since we are broke till pay day (paid bills and did holiday shopping with last weeks pay check!) to go out for dinner. I choose merlot because it will go with deer burger chili for tonight's dinner! I can't wait to actually get my grades in my hand!:D
