But gosh. He's one of my favorite actors!!

The Dark Knight is going to feel different now when I watch it.

 

Poor guy must have been tired of the constant barrage of paparazzi and news about himself. I would be too if I were in his position. It is sad that he felt he had to do this though especially since he has a kid.

It wasn't suicide

Yes it was. He OD'ed himself on sleeping pills.

He was a drug addict and an insomniac.

As a former addict, my guess would be he used cocaine to be able to have enough time to practice for his roles and have a life at the same time. Frustrated by the effects (cocaine leaves you unable to sleep for days, making you mentally unstable) mixed in with insomnia, he took enough sleeping pills to fall asleep. I don't think he is the type of guy to actually want to kill himself.

That's just from watching his movements. He was very skittish and "alert."

I reiterate

It wasn't suicide

He did not take sleeping pills to kill himself.

He took sleeping pills because he had an addiction

The unfortunate consequence was that he died from overdosing.

Everything they've found and known previously is pointing to a death that was unintentional

Yes, he did kill himself, but it was not suicide...he just needed to sleep and overdid it; poor thing.

According to his pal, "He was not the type to have killed himself. The way I hear it, he went out the night before, he was doing cocaine, he wasn't able to sleep, and the investigators think he woke up, didn't remember taking sleeping pills and then took what accidentally was an overdose."

Dang. Hit that one on the head.
