Rev 7:14-17 (KJV) 

And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me,

 These are they which came out of great tribulation,

and have washed their robes,

and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

{15} Therefore are they before the throne of God,

and serve him day and night in his temple:

and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

 {16} They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more;

neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.

 {17} For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them,

and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters:

and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

 

To me, this verse gives much inspiration and hope. If we ask for forgiveness (wash our robes), God will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from unrighteousness (made our robes white in the blood of the Lamb). We will not have hunger, thirst and to top it all off He will personally wipe away our tears. Even they, tears, will be no more.

 

Rev 21:3-5 (KJV) 

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying,

Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men,

and he will dwell with them,

and they shall be his people,

and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

{4} And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes;

 and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying,

neither shall there be any more pain:

for the former things are passed away.

{5} And he that sat upon the throne said,

Behold, I make all things new.

And he said unto me,

Write: for these words are true and faithful.

 

The house of God is with US!!! He will wipe away all of the sorrow, pain, death. It will all be of the past! We will all be new creatures through Him!! I cannot wait for that day to come. How amazing!?

 

1 Th 4:16-18 (KJV) 

 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,

 with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:

and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

 {17} Then we which are alive and remain

shall be caught up together with them in the clouds,

to meet the Lord in the air:

and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

{18} Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

 

I am indeed comforted Brother Paul!! I am indeed! I hope this comfort spreads to those who need it most... There are many hurting and in pain. This, Jesus and His eternal sacrifice should be the hope, comfort and INSPIRATION of us all to help, comfort and love those who need it now! The world is hurting, and we have known it to hurt the most during the holidays. Please reach out, show Jesus' love during the CHRISTmas season. For soon, we will all be called up together!
