Today's "Real" Entry

Today was a lazy day, I never even got dressed of left the house.  It could have been better, but it wasn't bad.  I spent the majority of the day on the phone with Derek.  <3  While I was sad I didn't get to physically be with him, it was really great just to talk and joke and laugh together on the phone.  And I know that I'll see him next week.  <3

Other then that, I didn't really do much today.  I watched most of game 1 tonight with my dad, but the Astro's lost. :(  I'm obviously not a big baseball fan, or a fan of any sport, really.  But my dad grew up in Galveston and asbsolutely loves the Astros, so it's kind of exciting that they're playing.  I hope for his sake that they win the series. (and for callmeroger :P) Really though, the highlight of the game for me was the Josh Groban sang the national anthem.  I <3 Josh Groban.  So sexy, and God that voice! After the game, my dad and I made a cake since tomorrow is his birthday. 

Ugh, I always get the tag suggestion "happy dad day". 

After the game and cake, I mostly went back and forth talking to Derek and Alyssa until now.  It was a pretty low key day, but I'm content.  And now I need to go to sleep so I can get up tomorrow and go to church.
Life is good.
