Yes it does. Today it was easy, though because the baby was such a sweetpea.

Wow, your getting paid to do VBS? I thought that was usually a volunteer type thing.
The teaching part is. I'm watching some babies of the teachers who couldn't find babysitters. The baby we had today was a sweetheart.

They pay you to do childcare for VBS? Really? Wow!
You know, over the years I've had folks ask if I got paid to teach Sunday School. I've never heard of anyone paying for that. But then, I hadn't heard of paid childcare at VBS, either. <grin> It's good that you can make some funds, though.
But teaching VBS is way more fun than childcare.

Well, some of the teachers who have babies and can't find babysitters need childcare. At our church VBS starts at Pre-K. The baby we had today was so sweet and even tempered that it was actually nice. .
