I hate it when a person can't drive and talk to a passenger without looking at them. Why do you have to turn your head and take your eyes off the road just to talk to someone sitting right next to you? What's worse is when they turn around to look at someone in the backseat! I encounter this everyday when I pick my daughter up from summer school. I know they want to ask how their kids' day went, but damn, KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE ROAD AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU'RE DOING!

Rant over...for now....

It's almost or maybe slightly more annoying than people talking on their cellphones and driving.

Ack!Me too! Some of the most terrifying rides of my life have been due to people who do that. A lady I know ran into the back of a stopped school bus because she was turned around talking to her kids. She told the cops "I didn't see it."
He said "Lady, it's a school bus. Big. Yellow. Flashing lights. If you can't see that, you don't need to be driving!"

I'm seriously wondering if we will get to a point where we'll have to take tests that measure our reflexes and our distractability threshold before we get a license! I mean really, if she failed to see a bus because she was too busy yakking with her kids she needs to get her license suspended.

how about the ones yakkin' on the phone(first part) but THEN they're sooooo angry that they're gesticulating and screaming.. I mean WTF!! as if the other end of the line can even see them

No kidding!! My dad is like that, and he also tends to look to the sides frequently to.....view the scenery?? Something. And I just want to say, "old man, if you can't drive attentively, let me take over!!"

My husband sight sees when he's driving. I'm like dude quite looking at the scenery and pay attention so you won't kill us all!
