Mindsay doesn't allow you to upload images to your blog so a picture needs to be hosted (or stored) on another web site. There are many free web hosting services that allow you to store photos, and one of my favorites is photobucket.com
which allows up to 100 images.
Once you've found a place to store the picture you'll need to use the <HTML> button and the html image tag to make the picture show up on your blog. It looks like this:
<IMG SRC="http://www.host.com/path/to/image.jpg>
another great image directory is www.tinypic.com, no membership, no fees, no sign ins, you just load your pic and it gives you the URL, tag, and Img code
hah that was going to be my suggestion as well...no matter...consider tinypic.com seconded
