Jim Thome's bat is waking up at the right time.  He still needs to be aggressive at the plate, as I've seen him take a few 3rd strikes in the past few games, but he looks to be showing life.   The Phillies will only be successful if Jim Thome takes a leadership role, is healthy, and hits his huge HR's.

Let's hope this Giant stays awake until the Phils win the World Series.

What a disappointing loss today.  Coming back from being down 8-1 and tieing the game, only to lose 12-8.  At least they're showing some fire - hopefully it'll stay lit.
