The flat situation is stable. The boy is gone and Anna is planning to move to Germany to be with him. With what money, I'm not sure though. I think she reckons $4000 will just appear in her bank account. Not my problem though.

Well, that's one more person to cross off the list. Clean is probably more important than tidy. Do you wash dishes and notice dust? Especially when it's an inch thick?
I have 4 vacuum systems at my house- two indoor and two for the garage. And I still get an inch of dust in the house a month

Haha, I know exactly what you mean. Even in the customer service industry you get egotistical prats and the occasional power hungry gits.
