I'd hug you, but I'm afraid of catching poison ivy. My arms are sympathy itching. =)

I know it's not funny, haha. But you know what? For the past several months ago, on and off, I've wondered that. Am I dying? Is that why I feel like this?
It's the thought that counts. But then again, you can't catch it electronically.

While I'm glad you're concerned for your fellow Mindsayers, I've heard the vaccine for swine flu has not been tested and has actually been deemed rather harmful for small children and older adults. Why the government does this sort of thing, I can't begin to imagine, but I wont be rushing to get one any time soon. I'll just continue to drink my milk( Vitamin D supposedly helps fight against the virus) and wash my hands.

*goes and fixes a glass of milk* Haha

Wow, I'm starting to get the idea that maybe this post should be amended before I get put to the torch...

Ok, I started out writing an entirely different reply, but it's not worth it to me to get into it with anyone since it's not my own blog and I don't want to start a war of words on your blog.  All I will say is that HIN1 is spreading like wildfire in my area and most of the sick, that I know personally, are children/teenagers.  Most are recovering just fine, but they are miserable for a solid week at the very least.  I know of three children who have been vaccinated against H1N1, and that includes my own daughter, and all three children are just fine, NO HORRIBLE SIDE EFFECTS!!!  I will tell you for full disclosure that my daughter did have a very mild (99.1) fever the next day after she got the flu mist but that was it.  The other kids got a shot and they had no side effects whatsoever.  I can't speak for anyone else, but in my daughter's case and the case of the other children I know that have received the vaccine, they are all just fine. 

Thank goodness for that, Josie! Yeah, here there's multiple stories of schools being shut down for the flu. Whether or not it's H1N1 is not said, but it's crazy that only the kids are getting hit with it.

Yeah...I think we've got a right to be worry-warts in this case, though.

The part of me that watches too much cop shows suspects that this virus may be a terrorist action.
