What are these memories plz?

Memories of my childhood.  I wrote the poem based on my childhood

We can confront them if you like...
Or if you prefer not to... just remember that what's past is past, it need not affect the future - don't let bad experiences null your future. Also what happened in bad memories might not even be your fault... the decision of others, not you

Ok, but even so, you do see my intentions, right? The past must have been bothering you in order to have made you want to express it in a collage, so I try to detatch you from it, to help - but since I don't really know you I don't know what might help, and I have met people who blamed themselves, etc, but here I only did what I thought best. If you want to get out of feeling sad then I can try to help but I wouldn't force it on you. It's your decision, and I come in peace

You can't just move forward from trauma, you have to work through it.

That's true, and nobody's expecting you to just move on, I don't really have any information to work with, so I can only guess what might give you the key to be able to do it, but I know that digging it up might hurt so I won't press you on that. I know it's hard, and it takes time (so no hurry), but ultimately nobody can confront these feelings for you, all I can do is provide support and ideas that helped me, to hopefully enable you to.
