So I should be writing an article for one of my clients. And instead I'm blogging. Why? I have been deliberately pushing this away for about a week now and know I need to stop it. For some reason this article is intimidating me a great deal -- add to that I haven't been able to reach a number of people I am supposed to. It feels like this is going to be the one I submit that will make them totally rethink giving me anymore writing opportunities. Geez, it's not like it's for a journal of literary criticism but it's a really good gig and I desperately need the funds. I feel like an impostor and they're getting ready to figure that out. Bah. Okay, so I'll stop blogging and get on it. Again.

Re: self blocking
You are a published writer!  You can do this one too.  Just take a step at a time, and work at it until it's not a huge ordeal.  Work with what you have, and let the rest fall into place.  Good luck!
