Yes, in the Middle East, and it has begun. The Bush administration has just buried us in it today by proclaiming that Israel should reject Lebanon's call for a cease fire.
Marine helicopters are now gathering American civilians up from Beruit, and Bush has just practically asked Hezbollah to shoot one of them down. The Russians are publicly condemning Israel for it's attacks on the innocent Lebanese people, while America is not. The lines are being drawn and sides are being chosen. It won't last too long (in comparison to I and II), then there will be peace and globilization will take effect without much conflict, and that - I believe - is the beginning of the end.
