I'm not talking about physical toning, I'm talking spiritual. I have a number of books that I would call
strength equipment in the house. The main one being the Word of God aka the Bible. I have other books that explain the Bible, look at the Word more in depth. I have other books with inspirational stories and self help techniques to get you on the right page with yourself. All these things, added in with prayer and meditation, do wonders for spiritual strength.
