Is it over yet re: mercury retrograde

Everything has been going haywire for about a week now. I have been hearing reports from online friends of all kinds of computer memory failures, networks crashing, email servers blowing up...the works. My own blogs have been down at least twice during the retrograde due to server failures. A few of my friends had their individual blogs explode overnight, with no explanation as to why. I have one...

What is it about that thing that affects so many electronic devices? What is it that makes it so hard for them to function correctly? Is there some type of magnetic pull on all things metal???
