I am so not planning on having another child ever again, but it could happen. I just read that half of the 6 million pregnancies that occur are unplanned. That's pretty sad. It's also sad that so many of those pregnancies go unmonitored. Not having care could mean the death of a baby and/or its mother. I was reading about
maternity health insurance and other financial helps for having a baby. These are companies that will help you if you don't have insurance. They will also help you if your employer doesn't extend enough benefits to you as an expecting mother.
It's a good thing to know for anyone who is "at risk". If ever I found myself without insurance again and ended up being pregnant at the same time *God forbid*, at least I now know where to go for help.
