With tales of guns, booze and drugs to spill

But I moved from the ghetto, was soothed from the ghetto and lived to tell my tales from the ghetto

I didn’t graduate from the streets to the game to doin’ time at the “house” aka “college”
I went to school and graduated and went to school again and graduated and went to school again and graduated and graduated again
I graduated from college times three!

I made bad decisions in my life but not the kind that give you gunshot wounds and tattoos
I don’t have 2 baby’s mommas and a house full of kids that I don’t know like a zoo
But I’m as real as I can be…
I don’t hit women and beat them till they bleed
I don’t curse at them and have them mentally on their knees
I don’t belittle them to the point of saying “Baby Please!”
