For people from Minnesota that's shorts and t-shirt weather!  If you warm up to 12 degrees Minnesotians might wear bathing suits! LOL (I have a friend from MN who just got back from visiting there and she doesn't want to go back - too cold).

Tell me about it. They are predicting to -30 to -40 here tonight with wind chill, and saying it will "warm up" to the 20's by the weekend. Yucch!

That wind chill factor really does play a significant role. Nothing like getting blasted in the face with -20 below frigid air in Chicago! Every other street is a wind tunnel!
