Yeah thanks, its amazing how much you can miss when you sleep in.
Im not making a habit of it, unless of course I have to train, but im glad i arose that morning and took the camera just in case!! 
This time of year, especially I see the sunrise almost daily. I get to see the glorious sights and colours as they spread across the sky. It's sad to think that most people sit in their cars and miss it.

Howdy from antsmarching. Nice pictures. Will be in New York with offspring at Christmas. Offspring wants to see the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center. It an early Senior Trip as the school does not have a Senior Trip.

How much truth is there to, "Red sky at night, sailors delight. Red sky at morning, sailors take warning." ?
well, i have never experienced any need to take warning after seeing red sky in the morning, but it was a story passed down from my grandfather who was in tha Navy during the war and things!!
