Jumpin' Jack Flash! That looks like a lot of hassle. I would just shave my head and wear an off the rack wig (it worked for my grandma!) before I would go through all of that nonsense with the chemicals and the sticking caps and scissors. It looks dangerous too...like if you stood under the hot sun too long your head would go up in flames. I am a bit confused as to why she didn't just cut her own hair into that style instead of going through all of those machinations but I am a man so I probably will never truly understand.
