Haha... well people I have finally found the time to post some pictures of London. Everything is going pretty great. I have a date tonight. Haha. It should be very interesting considering there is somewhat of a language barrier, but it's not too bad. It's been a pretty awesome week. I saw Imogen Heap on Tuesday and the show was beyond amazing. The energy was great, not to mention the her vocals and such. She actually has a great voice live. I was pleasantly surprised. Great stuff. Sadly, Taking Back Sunday tickets have sold out everywhere... but I swear I'll find a ticket. London is great though. I don't know how I'm going to leave come December. I like school over here a bit better than the system back home in the states. Independent learning is stressed more over here, and I like that b/c it actually makes me feel motivated rather than policed over. But that's all for now. I'll try to keep updating, but internet does not come cheap and London will pretty much eat your pockets alive. The exchange rate is ridiculous. Seriously... the Euro is much better. And speaking Euros, I'm going to Spain later this month to chill with my friend Patricia in Seville and Barcelona. I'll try to take a ton of pictures. Okay, well that's it for now. All is pretty much well here. Indeed. Enjoy the pictures. Hopefully, I'll get to post some more soon. I have tons. Most of these are of the Trafalgar Square area.

yea exchange rate blows lol, I remember trading 1 dollar for like .48 pence. if you do it right though your ok. When I was touring there, I mostly ate off the corner markets. you know the combos meals and stuff for like 3 pounds. carluccio's was pretty good though, loved their lasagna.

thats awsome though, thanks for the pictures. good luck on your date!

There in London, what is your impression of the Gherkin Building?

Re: Finally... Pictures of London
i don't know. i'm kind of indifferent to it. a lot of people here are the same way. in terms of architecture, it's really modern and very artistic in design and intricate in nature. you can definitely tell that a lot of work and thought was put into it, and it turned out wonderfully, but it seems a bit out of place sometimes in contrast to the roman and moorish architecture of the city. Foster has some other pretty cool works around the city. he's known for his implementation of glass in his designs.
