This year the camp's teachings are based on the life of Joseph. As I read through his journey, I saw the many downturns he had to take through no particular fault of his (i mean..scorned by his brothers because of his father's favouritism, thrown into prison because of his master's wife's adoration?!). And yet at the end of it all, I saw how, through the insanity, God had indeed gone before Joseph's every rise and fall, in order to take him exactly to the place where He wanted him. What sovereignty!
And so besides being a song about Joseph's life, this is my personal confession of faith, in a God whom I know Is in control.
And in the end, there was reconciliation.
