Even with photos of people (and pets) sporting Mardis Gras beads, Fat Tuesday VIP ticket giveaways on a favorite radio station, and numerous other knock-you-over-the-head-obvious remarks from various sources, I COMPLETELY FORGOT TODAY IS FASNACHT DAY.

Yeesh! Can't believe I forgot about this... I love Fasnacht Day. I had planned on stopping into Giant on my way home tonight anyway to pick up a few other random odds and ends, but now fasnachts have been added to the shopping list.
