I'm reading a book about Outrageous Joy by Charles Swindoll. I'm still on the first chapter. It seems really good though. I liked one bit where he talked about a man who gave his business to god so he could stop stressing over it..and it burned down that night..an employee asked him how he could smile..he said he gave it to god and if god wanted to burn it down..that was his business. I like that.
While I was typeing my mom came in. She had a bunch of flower seeds to plant in my yard. So we went out and planted a whole of things. I don't even remember what all they were. I remember foxglove and coxcombe. And a wildflower mix. She had several other kinds though. We planted some around the trees I transplanted a few days ago and I watered the trees while we were at it.
I also recieved some mint plants yesterday from
Burgess Seed and Plant Co. and planted those yesterday. Two of them are in flower beds. The spearmint in front of the porch and the peppermint at the end of the trailer by the carport. The other one I tried to put at the other end of the trailer under the big windows that I like to leave open when the weather permits. I had to put it in a plastic cool whip container for now though because the dog pulled it up. I looked all over the yard for it hopeing she hadn't chewed it up and just when I was about give up on it there it was..right in front of the steps. Apparently she didn't like the taste of it because she just dropped it without doing any damage to it. I will replant it outside after I get a piece of fence to put in front of it.
Thats all the news from here for the moment. Hope all is well with you! :)
