I'm new here in town, learning to be a Trojan!  Away from home and it's easier to talk, and talk on line to my friends I miss. This is NOT a good part of town and you have to be careful on campus. Everyone looks aggressive, even the guys who hit on you. I'm sure I'll get over it, most of it, some of it.

But I've been visiting everyone here on Mindsay and so far only one or two mean people. So, I'll probably talk too much, ask too many questions and take ideas from some of the sites I've seen. Wow!  I just didn't think about some of the things people put on their sites. And, I didn't understand that there are sites dedicated to themes and coming out and all of that.

I just like to talk. Its sooo different from home and I was very happy at home, thank you.

Re: Breaking the ice
It's nice to get messages from you. Yes, everything is fine, I've just been busy the past couple of days. I'm not so sure about the guys hitting on you. I don't get hit on very often, to tell you the truth.

Hope everything is going well. I'm proud of you for writing a blog. More so than I've done in the past month or so. Talk to you later.

The guys are very aggressive or just uhhhh. I like someone who treats me good. I've seen you're picture! I bet you get hit on all the time. You're not taken? haha. I bet!  Busy working? School? Memoirs? What does the intro in your blog mean?

The guys from home are hip, cool, all of that. But they're not like the guys around here and I've been around college guys. It's like a contest around here, not affection.

Nah I don't get hit on very much. I am taken but still, even before that I never got hit on much.

Busy working, school, the boyfriend, family, all that stuff. The intro to my blog is a line from one of my favorite band's songs. It's just a coincidence in my life, most of the time.

Yeah, it seems to me that college guys do only see it as a competition which is unfortunate but so is the way that stereotypical Americans have made reputations for themselves. So...it's their own choice. Sad, yet true. Just have to keep your eye out for the good type of guy who is willing to treat you nice.

Re: Breaking the ice
I didn't think that I'd be so attached to a guy back home. But I am more and more. I keep comparing him to the guys here and he's always treated me so good. It's going to be a long distance relationship, but he's worth it. So? Serious about your guy? Or are you a heartbreaker? That line just sounds so cold blooded.

Oh! I heard about all the snow. I've got to be a coat!  Not much use for one back home, much more than a jacket.
