Kegel exercises are meant to help women keep the muscles inside strong and promote more of a sexual response and pleasure.  It's said that they can be done at any time as they re internal and you just squeeze and relax   Contracting the PC muscles for three to 10 seconds and relaxing them three to 10 seconds for five to 15 repetitions, three to 12 times per day.  That's a good Kegel.

 

This is meant to yeild good results and occasionally you may have a side effect, I do almost every time.  Spontainous orgasms.  It's not the thunderous ones you have with a partner (if you're lucky), but the kind that just offer that spreading warmth, and a gentle sigh.

Kegel exercises also prevent urine leakage that a lot of women get when they get older.  It's nature's little trick.  Trust me, if I had know more about these exercises, I would've done them long before I reached 30!
