Alright. We have what I am going to call “Aquarius Alignment on Valentine’s Day 2009”. Essentially what is happening with the planetary configurations on that day is something that brings about World Peace. Likewise, or I might even say a prerequisite to World Peace, would be an inner state of peace.
So our information for this week is geared toward an exercise that helps awaken from within your body precisely what that planetary alignment will be doing within the body.
Let us imagine then that the Heart Chakra is shaped like a pink heart. So not the physical heart but the heart shape. It is a rose quartz clear pink. The entire Chakra I would see as a puffy heart. A sort of gold or silver heart and it is puffed a little bit, so it is three dimensional rather than flat. Allow the Heart Chakra in that shape specifically to get larger with each breath.
Now I would say in honor of the Holy Trinity always take at least three breaths when you are doing that exercise but then if you want to keep it going, make it an odd number. So three, five, seven, nine, eleven, and up to thirty-three, if you care to count them. Then, if you are going to go beyond that for any particular reason, I would go with the exact number in the Tibetan prayer beads, which is the same as in a rosary, and that is 108. So either stop at thirty-three or go to 108. That is a very transforming number and will make a very big difference in the consciousness.
Now, there is plenty of information out on the Internet I believe about the lining up of these planets, but the song that was sung decades ago, “Aquarius,” this is the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius. This is the precise alignment. Then to amplify it even more, we are really still in the effects of that lunar eclipse. We are also in a very potent time period for a number of reasons.
The idea again is to grow your own Heart Chakra as large as you can. Put a lot of breath into it using that pink puffed heart shape and then focus upon that inner peace that creates World Peace.
This is also a good time to recite the Invocation for the Three Star One and you can find that on the website in the Glossary of Terms. So Three Star One Invocation. We won’t recite it now for time’s sake but it is available and downloadable on the internet. Alright dear ones. World Peace is right there available.
When these energies become strong, those who are invested in war or those who really don’t know the energy of peace, that are only familiar with arguing or fighting in some form sometimes have a difficult time. So that is why we do this exercise of expansion so that we can create a stronger energy field globally.
