On Conch today Stupid George went into a pub and asked the barkeep for a glass of water. The barkeep pulled a gun and pointed it at George. George said 'Thanks, mate,' then walked out of the pub and onto Conch Blvd.

What in the name of crap could the explanation be for this?

Where in the name of crap is Conch and who in the name of crap is Stupid George?
