yes it can be done in 3 minutes.
you have essentially 3 minutes to toast 3 pieces of toast.
each piece of toast has 2 sides which to some purist (not me) has to be toasted on both sides.
we have toast 1, 2 and 3. each piece of toast has two sides so that would be toast 1-a and b sides, toast 2- a and b sides and toast 3- a and b sides
you would first toast
1a and 2a
next toast 1b and 3a
next toast 2b and 3b
you have three separate toastings each toasting takes 3 minutes so it takes 3 minutes to toast all three pieces of bread.
honkey
a little correction. each toasting takes 1 minute and you have 3 toastings so all 3 toastings will take 3 minutes.
Yes you can do it....put two slices in slot one getting the outside of each slice, while in slot two you have a full slice toasted. When that minute is up, take the slices out of slot one and put each in a slot, toasting the opposite side....it maybe over toasted but after all it is just breakfast before the time is up...
.
.ps..it's my bday and i've been drinking so ...shit this is the best i can come up with..
Ok, why do you keep crap in your galley, I thought you had beans and chowder stocked in there. First off, MOVE THE BOAT dumbass, secondly the toaster is currently rigged and will kill you if you try to use it to toast your bread thirdly - if your trying to out run the Tortolan army, then you don't need toast, or breakfast for that matter - again, MOVE THE BOAT, dumbass - spoken with a very caring attitude.
