My computer didn't let me yesterday.. nothing would happen when I clicked "reply"... but today it's popping up this little reply box . I don't know why-- & I'm not sure if it's reaching the end user, as I can
t figure out how to access my own reponses here. I got four messages a few days ago, and can read only the first line of each response on a little reply list, but I can't find a way to have the whole durned message pop up. If you figure out how to fix it-- can you post a solution in a non-reply format on your blog that I can read without accessing "replies"? Is there a handbook here?
BTW-- How are you Gus? I love your drawing-- you're the spitten image of my dad in the 70s-- right after he chopped off his biker beard & shaved for court. Same ears, same tie, same sad, pissed off & stoic look on his face & everything. Your scrimshaw makes me miss him.
You got out of your nooses OK I see? Good goin! BTW... Did you notice Codei77 posted a note to George Box 4 somewhere?

Gus,
It seems leibniz had the same problem the other day, but he fixed it. I will post him a note to come here and explain to you what he did. It might have to do with your firewall.
and you can check with aostrow and dustball as there is some discussion (and some cussin') over glitches with V3. But since you can't reply now, I can say, oh "I know where the blubberbastard, Dickhead himself, is right now. Drop me a note right quick and I'll tell you. This offer will expire soon." See, it is educational after all...
gus, i had the same problem recently, and contacted support about it. because the new site is so feature-ridden, it seems that they're still having growing pains associated with trying to support everyone's browsers.
they fixed it within a day for mine - since then everything has worked fine (while i've heard a lot of internet explorer folks still having problems).
i've not had any firewall issues... i would give it a day and try again. or, better yet, upgrade to mozilla. i'm using firefox, and it works superbly. i know that you've pretty limited resources, but i suspect a one-armed guy like you would really enjoy the features of mozilla, like mouse gestures (use simple palm-os like click-movements to control navigation and other controls), tabbed browsing (open multiple sites simultaneously in one tabbed window), built-in pop-up blockers, and integrated searching (for example, when searching for extra harpoon barbs).

Thanks for heeding the call, leibniz. I will pass on your suggestions. Raspberry mentioned she downloaded the most current IE upgrades, and that fixed her problems.
