He does have a certain Clintonesque look to him....or maybe it is just the cigar?

I wonder if he'd let me perch on the cigar and peck the bird seed off his collar points and tie?  He looks like the sort of guy who'd retire from selling good used cars and not-so-bad major appliances, and then jaw with people in the park while he fed the pigeons.  I like him!
