Here is my half assed attempt at answering, because it is late and my brain is only half working.

Maybe I am tired, but I think there is a clue missing, Gus. The "unique number" statement seems to be a clue to eliminate the oarsmen to place 0, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 in the boat. (Although I think that it stretching it.) Even thenl, with the rest of the clues, I see more than one possible solution.
OK, I take it back about the "unique number" clue working, because 2 is in the boat. I think solving the puzzle requires one more clue naming the two additional crew members in the boat.
When I read the title I thought this post was going to be about your adventures with the ladies of the night. oops!
