If my silly answer gave you a laugh then I am content. I recognized the hourglass and knew what it meant but the answer had already been posted. So I carefully examined the Police boat for a hidden flag just in case you were being sneaky but no flag there. No hanging chads, no dimples, no butterfly ballots here - I was LTTG.

I ain't smart, just lucky. I was browsing pirate sites and exploring the pages devoted to pirate flags not too long ago. The flag hanging over the sleeping area of my nest reads "Surrender the Booty!" and I wanted to see if it could possibly mean anything other than gold, silver, etc. Humans keep grinning when they see it and I don't understand why.
LTTG = Late To The Gate. Since real life is not a tortoise/hare story it means I lost even though I knew the answer. Ah well - I have a great scrimshaw already but I am a competitive birdy and it's just the idea of missing the chance. *smiles*
