I went down to visit my Mom in Cincinnati for my spring break. My sister Ashley ended up coming with her little boy, Dominick. She came on Sunday and stay with us untill Friday evening. We were trying to plan for James (Aiden's Dad) to come down so he could see Aiden for his birthday. Which was on Saturday, March 24th. At first we didn't think things were going to work out, but they did. We ended up picking James up on Thursday at BP on Rt.32 around 8:30 P.M. I met his Mom, Ivy, for the first time. She was really nice and really acted like she cared about Aiden. She was so excited to get to see him for the first time. James seemed really happy to be able to get to see Aiden and I too. I was happy. Probablly the happiest I've been in a really long time! We got home and we watched movies with my sister Ashley. She didn't really care for them, so she went to bed. I rented "Fight Club", and "Natural Born Killers." Those are just a few of James' favorite movies, and thanks to him they have become mine too. The first night that we spent together we didn't sleep really. We stayed up untill 6:30 A.M. and then my Mom's alarm clock went off so I told him that we needed to go to bed because my Mom would be pissed if she knew we were still up. Just because of the fact that the baby would be up soon, and someone would need to be awake to take care of him. So I fell asleep shortly after I told him that. James said that he slept for 10 minutes and then the baby woke him up. So he played with him for 2 hours. I was glad to know that when James told me. I like it when Aiden and James get to see each other. The next night my younger sister Cierra came down, and we did the same thing. James brought down a few movies of his and the one we watched was "American Beauty." I didn't really get to watch it because James and I were too busy picking on each other like we were in the 3rd grade again. LOL! My Dad dropped Cierra off at the apartment, and since my Dad doesn't like James we had to hide James downstairs in the apartment complex. At first we were going to hide him in the laundry room, but Mom said "NO," and then we just had him go through a door and down the hallway. The next day was Aiden's Birthday!!! He was turning 1 year old. We got up and went to "Jungle Jims," then went to Cincinnati Mills Mall, so I could get Aiden a brithday present. Then we went home and waited for Joel (my mom's friend) and his kids to come. We were going to have a little birthday party for Aiden. Ended up being James, Cierra, Joel, Farrel,Melvin, Grandma, Mom, Aiden, and myself. We had a good time though. Aiden stuck his foot in his cake, and kept trying to touch the candle when it was lit. It was so funny. After the party Aiden got to play with his toys and ended up getting tired, so we put him into bed. Yet another night full of movies. James and I got to spend a lot of good time together. I really enjoyed his visit, and it made me feel better seeing him and Aiden playing around with each other. Hopefully things like that can work out more often. James and I were talking and by his actions and the way my heart felt I think that I might decide to change for James. I told him "I know I'm not perfect, but I will change what I need to change." He just looked at me in a form of shock. Don't really know why though? The comments that he was making about me quitting smoking, and I can prevent myself from being around stupid people (Bob) ... all of that just made me think .......................
