Re: Question #12
Maybe it's possible to believe in nothing religiously, but there has to be some aspect of life in which you believe something...politically, economically, morally- something.

And even religiously, if you believe there is nothing...isn't that something? Isn't that still a belief?

nothing?

void?

feels like death to me.

you can't believe in nothing...

nothing is something...empty void of a life..

btw...why can't I see your riddle...I seem to be locked out and wondered about "ug"

Re: Question #12
Nope; we have to choose.  Even saying we believe in nothing is a choice of belief.  God put us on the earth as rational beings and sometimes we rationalise things away.  But we always end up having strong feelings about SOMETHING, no matter how much we may try to hide it.

Again I say no, one cannot believe in nothing.  To live, as Birdie said, is to think, and to think is to have an opinion, and to have an opinion is to believe, so believe something or die...as simple as that.

And I believe in my bard...have not called you that in a while, have I?  Could use a poem ....and a hug round about now....met a wonderful friend, but just as quickly seemed to have lost them...and now my heart is heavy...so heavy it feels I cannot bear it...but I know I will survive...just got vulnerable there for a minute and spilled...send me good vibes, Dobie..I am in need today...

Re: Question #12
taking it literally, no it is not.

and i have no knowledge on how i can elaborate on that, except that by believeing in nothing, you're making nothing into a something.... therefore your nothing is your something you believe in.

and i'm pretty sure i lost everyone on that
