
I have the same problem - being forgetful. Haven't figured out how to conquer that yet though. I heard though that doing math problems or a crossword once a day helps you remember things better.
It's ok. I have been seeming to be able to harness more of it lately.
Where the anxiety is being locked away to...i dont know...but at least it doesnt bother me anymore.

Well, that's good. Although, in the long run, it's best to handle the anxiety now before it turns into some huge, huge problem. But you probably know that anyway. lol
