about a week, depends on how much you shower and sweat (i know we don't sweat...lol) don't forget the latex gloves you have to have them to keep you hands from getting real dark and odd looking. I usually strip nude and hubby puts it on me. i use the foam, it covers more evenly, but my butt always comes out darker than the rest...i wonder why?
