I have to disagree with your opening statement: " People who don't have any are liars who want people to think they are tough stuff. "
It's possible for an "adjusted" person not to have any fears or phobias.
Even though a single bee sting would probably kill me, I don't "fear" bees.
Having been through 2 hurricanes, I don't "fear" them.
There are many fools, who in the name of science, want to re-create dinosaurs, woolly mastodons or sabre tooth tigers - there are very good reason these creatures are extinct and should remain that way... but if they were, it would be logical for me to buy a .408 Chey Tac rifle to defend myself.
Most fears and phobias are illogical and can easily be overcome.
But, if there is one "fear" I do have, it is our government and the secret societies that really run this country - If you take the time to read about these people and the secret plans they have for this country and the world, you'll find that is one very logical "fear"!

Yes, you have you freedom to opinion, so I'm not going to whine.
No one can re-create beings that have died off a long time ago, impossible. And yeah, they should. "cause I dont think anyone wants to get stepped on by an animal bigger than a semi.
Your last sentence is true. I hate our government. It's scary. I do.
