There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so. -- William Shakespeare

Yehovah's Law

Whosoever commits sin breaks also the Law: for SIN IS THE BREAKING OF THE LAW. And you know that he was revealed to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. Whosoever abides in him SINS NOT: whosoever sins have not understood him, neither do they known him. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that does righteousness is righteous, EVEN AS HE IS RIGHTEOUS. He that commits sin IS OF THE DEVIL; for the devil, has sinned from the very beginning. For this purpose, the Son of Yehovah was revealed, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of Yehovah does not commit sin; for his seed remains in him: and he CANNOT SIN, because he is born (born again) of Yehovah. In this the children of Yehovah are known (You will know them by their fruits.), and the children of the devil: whosoever does not righteousness is not of Yehovah, neither he that loves not his brother (1 John 2:4-10).

I have many a Christian tell me that they sin on a daily basis and that it is impossible for them or anyone else to keep Yehovah's commandment laws.

They teach "faith alone" yet these two words are never connected in their "New Testament." In fact, it teaches that "Faith WITHOUT WORKS is DEAD!"

Does the Bible say that Yehovah hears not the prayer of sinners?

Now we know that Yehovah hears not sinners: but if any man be a worshiper of Yehovah, and do His will, him He hears (John 9:31).

If one turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination Proverb 28:9).

For the eyes of Yehovah are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayer. But the face of Yehovah is against those who do evil.” (1 Peter 3:12).

If I had cherished iniquity in my heart, Yehovah would not have listened (Psalm 66:18).

Yehovah is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous (Proverb 15:29).

But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your Almighty One, and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear (Isaiah 59:2).

You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions.  Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of Yehovah (James 4:3-4).

Whoever closes his ear to the cry of the poor will himself call out and not be answered (Proverb 21:13).

Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before Yehovah; and whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do what pleases Him (1 John 3:21-22).

When you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you; even though you make many prayers, I will not listen; your hands are full of blood (Isaiah 1:15).

But they refused to pay attention and turned a stubborn shoulder and stopped their ears that they might not hear. They made their hearts diamond-hard lest they should hear the Law and the words that Yehovah of hosts had sent by his Spirit through the former prophets. Therefore great anger came from Yehovah of hosts. ...“As I called, and they would not hear, so they called, and I would not hear,” says Yehovah of hosts, “and I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations that they had not known. Thus the land they left was desolate, so that no one went to and fro, and the pleasant land was made desolate.” (Zechariah 7:11-14)

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of favor, that we may receive mercy and find favor to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:36).

Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil. Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need. Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption (Ephesians 4:26-32).

But he that lacks these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and has forgotten that he was purged from his OLD PAST SINS (2 Kepha [Peter] 1:9).

Whom Yehovah has sent forth (Yehoshua) to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins THAT ARE PAST, through the forbearance of Yehovah; To declare, I say, at this time His righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believes in Yehoshua (Romans 3:25-26).

For it is not those who hear the Law who are righteous in Yehovah's sight, but it is those who obey the Law who will be declared righteous (Romans 2:13).

Everyone who believes that Yahoshua is the Messiah is born of Father Yahowah, and everyone who loves the Father loves His child as well. This is how we know that we love the children of Father Yahowah: by loving Him and carrying out His commands. Loving Yahowah means keeping His commandments, and His commandments are not burdensome (1 John 5:1-3).

It is impossible to keep all the commandments?  During the reign of Herod king of Judea, there lived a priest named Zechariah who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah, and he had a wife named Elizabeth, who was a descendant of Aaron. They were both righteous in the sight of God, following all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blamelessly (Luke1:5-6).

Free From The Law?  "limited, a. restricted," Webster’s Twentieth Century Dictionary, page 963."free, a, without restriction," Webster’s Twentieth Century dictionary page, page 682.

Preachers tell their congregations that the Messiah taught "Christianity." The majority of the Christian religion is based on the "New Testament" and the misunderstandings of Paul's letters, NONE of which were around in the Messiah's time. Notice that every time the Messiah said "It is written," he followed it by a quote from the Torah or the prophets. This is what the Messiah taught!

Yeshua, the apostles and his disciples read, learned and taught from the "Old Testament" since the "New Testament" had not been written and compiled at the time the following verse was said: "Every scripture inspired of Yahowah is also profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction which is in righteousness. (2 Tim. 3:16 - ASV, 1901 - Name Restored). Then note that this passage goes on to convey the message that we are "thoroughly furnished with the "Old Testament" alone: "... That the man of Yahowah may be perfect, THOROUGHLY FURNISHED unto ALL righteous works (2 Timothy 3:17). Yeshua taught the same Laws that Father Yahowah had delivered unto Moses. He did not change or "do away with" his and our Father Yahowah's Law.

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to establish them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven (Mattithyah [Matthew] 5:17-19).

Yeshua was not sent into the world to introduce to mankind new "Laws", but a "New Covenant." There was fault with the first covenant in that they broke that covenant. There is no fault with Father Yahowah's instruction ["torah, "law”].

The first of the ten commandments is instruction in reference to love toward Father Yahowah and the last of the commandments is instruction in reference to love toward our fellow man.

One is righteous when they obey Father Yahowah's instruction [torah, "law"]. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that does righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous (1 Yahchanan [John] 3:70.

"Listen carefully to Me. Incline your ear and come to Me. Listen so that you may live, and so that I will be able to establish an everlasting Covenant Relationship with you." (Yeshayahu / Isaiah 55:3).

... says Yahowah Almighty: "Remember the law of My servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave him at Horeb for all Israel" (Malakyah [Malachi] 4:4). Be careful that you do not forget Yahowah your Mighty One, failing to observe His commands, His laws and His decrees that I am giving you at this time (Deuteronomy 8:11).

So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it (Isayah 55:11).

The Law was given before Abraham, since Father Yahowah says:  Because that Abraham obeyed MY voice, and kept MY charge, MY commandments, MY statutes, and MY LAWS (Genesis 26:5).

If I had cherished disobedience in my heart, Yahowah would not have listened (Psalm 66:18).

Hebrews 13:21 is the reason that we are not to boast of righteous works, since works is not of ourselves, but is Father Yahowah working through us. Make you perfect in every righteous work to do His will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in His sight, through Yeshua the Messiah; to whom [be] esteem for ever and ever. So be it (Hebrews 13:21).

If you do not carefully follow all the words of this Law, which are written in this book, and do not revere this esteemed and awesome Name—Yahowah your Mighty One—Yahowah will send fearful plagues on you and your descendants, harsh and prolonged disasters, and severe and lingering illnesses. He will bring on you all the diseases of Egypt that you dreaded, and they will cling to you (Deuteronomy 28:58-60).

The Law proceeded from Father Yahowah's mouth and was delivered unto the great prophet Moses. Father Yahowah raised up another great prophet like unto Moses in this last time period. That great prophet is His son Yeshua the Messiah whom He has anointed and appointed to reign as King for 1,000 years.

Yeshua was not sent into the world to introduce to mankind new "Laws", but a "New Covenant." There was fault with the first covenant, not Father Yahowah's Law.

Now we know that Yahowah hears not sinners: but if any man be a worshiper of Yahowah, and does His will, him He hears (Yahchanan [John] 9:31). Sin is the transgression of the Law (1 Yahchanan 3:4).

100 Bible Verses About Prayers of the Unrighteous

Yeshua taught that we are to live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of his and our Father Yahowah. This is what Yahowah says: "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the righteous way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, 'We will not walk in it' (Yeremyah 6:16).

To the Law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them (Isayah 8:20).

Scripture clearly teaches that Father Yahowah's instruction [torah, "law"] is PERFECT, and that it restores the soul and that the testimony of Yahowah is trustworthy, making the simple one wise [Deuteronomy 29:28].

Shaul [Paul] says "Therefore the Law is set apart ["holy"], and the commandment set apart ["holy"], and just, and right ( Romans 7:12).

We know that the Law is right if one uses it properly [1 Timothy 1:8].

The "Law" was not "done away with and nailed to a cross" as many erroneously teach. Scripture does not teach such foolishness!

This is what Yahowah says: "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the righteous way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, 'We will not walk in it' (Yeremyah 6:16).

Brothers, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you have heard from the beginning. Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shines (1 Yahchanan [John] 2:7).

And this is love, that we walk after His commandments. This is the commandment, That, as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it. For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Yeshua the Messiah is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an anti-messiah. (2 Yahchanan [John] 1:6-7).

Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the unrighteous and for sinners, for those who have not separated themselves and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; that conforms to the glad tidings concerning the esteem of the blessed Yahowah, which he entrusted to me (1 Timothy 1:9-11).

Father Yahowah finds favor ["grace"] with those who take His instruction [torah, "law", commandment] to heart.

“If you will enter into life, keep the commandments!” MANY do not keep Father Yahowah's commandments! In fact, many teach that His commandments have been "done away with and nailed to the cross." "Not everyone who says to me, 'Master, Master,' will enter the Kingdom of Yahowah, but only the one who does the will of my Father Who is in heaven (Mattithyah [Matthew] 5:21).

One has a choice to obey or disobey Father Yahowah's instruction or teaching [torah, "law"]. One is not forced to obey Father Yahowah.

Here is the patience and endurance of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of Yahowah, and the belief of Yeshua (Revelation 14:12).

The new covenant (agreement) was not like the first in that THEY broke the first covenant (agreement). Yahowah did not break His end of the covenant (agreement). His says that He will not break His covenant (agreement).

Father Yahowah's instruction [torah, law] is not a curse as many deceptively teach. It is disobedience of Father Yahowah's instruction that is a curse! "The curse of the law" is disobedience of the law, not the law itself!

(For not the hearers of the Law are just before Yahowah, but the doers of the Law shall be justified (Romans 2:13). Do we then make void the Law through faith? Yahowah forbid! No, we establish the Law (Romans 3:31).

Father Yahowah can give one authority to forgive sin, especially to His son Yeshua whom he has anointed and appointed to be King and priest. "Only God can forgive sin!"? FATHER Yahowah GAVE His SON ALL power (authority) in heaven and in the earth. This ALL power (authority) most certainly included the power (authority) to redeem mankind from sin and death. But that you may know that the Son of Man has [been GIVEN] power on earth to forgive sins, (then said he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up your bed, and go unto thine house (Mattithyah [Matthew] 9:6).

Scripture in no way teaches being free from Father Yahowah's instruction [torah, "law"]. Paul taught being free from sin, which is disobedience of Father Yahowah instruction ["law"] (1 Yahchanan [John] 3:4). Being then made free from sin (disobedience of the Law), you became the servants of righteousness (Romans 6:1).

Obeying Father Yahowah's Law is not bondage. It is sin which is disobedience of Father Yahowah's Law that is bondage.

It seems that many are confusing the definitions of the words 'commandment', 'law' and 'covenant.' ---COMMANDMENT -  n 1: something that is commanded 2: a doctrine that is taught; "the teachings of religion"; "he believed all the Christian precepts" [syn: {teaching}, {precept}] ... LAW -  n 1: legal document setting forth rules governing a particular kind of activity; "there is a law against kidnapping" 2: the collection of rules imposed by authority; "civilization presupposes respect for the law"; "the great problem for jurisprudence to allow freedom while enforcing order" [syn: {jurisprudence}] ... COVENANT - 1. solemn agreement: a solemn agreement that is binding on all parties legally binding agreement: a formal and legally binding agreement or contract such as a lease, or one of the clauses in an agreement of this kind.

The Law does come before sin, since there is no sin without the Law.

Praise be to Yehovah Almighty with outstretched hands.

Jesus is not God, but is the SON of God. Yehovah is Jesus' Father and God.

God was the only foundational spiritual rock at that time, since Jesus did not exist at that time. Jesus can now be a foundational spiritual rock now, since God has given him all power in heaven and in the earth.

Jesus is not literally his and our Father Yehovah's word, but is the spokesman of His word in these last days. Therefore, Yehoshua's title is called "The Word of Yehovah" in Revelation. It is also said in Revelation that a two-edged sword proceeds out of the mouth of Yehoshua which is the Word of Yehovah. The sword of the spirit is Father Yahovah’s word. The word that Yehoshua spoke was not his own, but that of his and our Father Yehovah.

Adam (mankind) is divine following the definition that divine means of, from, or like God or a god.

Yehoshua was given authority to forgive sin by his and our Father Yehovah and His and our Almighty One.

The Heavenly Father and Creator's Name, Yehovah is above His son's name which is Yehoshua. The Heavenly Father made His son's name above all other names in heaven and earth accept for His Own Name. It was FATHER Yehovah Who gave His SON Yehoshua his name.

Prayer is communication and there is nothing wrong with communicating with both FATHER Yehovah and His SON Yehoshua, but Yehoshua instructed the apostles and his disciples to pray (communicate) to His and OUR FATHER Who is in heaven when he said "OUR FATHER Who is IN HEAVEN ...." when he himself was here ON EARTH or IN THE WORLD.

When Yehoshua went alone by himself into the garden he prayed to his and our FATHER Who is IN HEAVEN. He did not go off alone to pray to himself. He prayed to his God and our God Who is IN HEAVEN.

It is quite simple! Jesus is the SON of God WHO is his and our FATHER and his God and our God.

When ON EARTH, Yehoshua said that the word that he spoke was not his own, but the word of the Father Who is IN HEAVEN. This shows that FATHER Yahovah and His SON Yehoshua are two separate and distinct beings or persons and that they are not "one and the same being" as many falsely teach.

How can someone who is dead raise themselves from the dead?

Any simpleton knows that one cannot be their own father and that one cannot be their own son.

To say "God the Son" is twisting what Scripture actually says in reference to Jesus. It is “son of God,” not “God the Son.”

“Before Abraham was I am.”

When Jesus said "Before Abraham was I am." he was speaking of his being greater than Abraham in answer to their question "Are you greater than our father Abraham?", not that he had existed or was born before Abraham.

When Jesus said “I am” he was saying it in reference to himself just as any other MAN would say ”I am” in reference to themselves.

Why take the side of Jesus’ accusers who were falsely accusing him of blasphemy in that he was supposedly making himself out to be God or equal with Him? They were out to entrap him in his words that they might find a reason to arrest him, not actually listening to him that they might understand what he was actually saying. One should instead take Jesus’ side in his simply saying that he was the SON of God.

Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk (Matthew 22:15).

Say you of him, whom the Father has set apart, and sent into the world, You blaspheme; because I said, I am the Son of God? (John 10:36)

Jesus "was prepared from the foundation of the world." This does not say the Jesus preexisted before the foundation of the world. Father Yehovah prepared that a Messiah would come from the very beginning. His son Yehoshua only pre-existed in the sense that he was in His plan.

It is not proper to "worship" angels or kings as our Heavenly Father and Creator, Yehovah [God]. Note that there are diverse definitions for the word 'worship.' Look it up in your Funk & Wagnalls!

Titus 2:13 is speaking of God AND Jesus as two separate and distinct beings or persons. as does MANY other verses in the "New Testament."

Thomas’ Exclamation!

“My Lord AND my God!”

Thomas is speaking of God and the Lord (Jesus) as two separate and distinct beings or persons in his exclamation in this verse as does MANY other verses in the "New Testament."

Thomas' exclamation "My Lord AND my God!" is his giving reference to two separate and distinct beings.

Thomas was giving reference to both the Lord who is Jesus and to God Who is Yehovah. Note that FATHER Yehovah [God] made His SON Yehoshua Lord.

The account of Thomas finally seeing evidence that Yehoshua had been raised from the dead was not written to prove the doctrine "Jesus is God", but was to convey Yehoshua's message that those in the future that did not witness his resurrection were blessed in simply believing orhaving faith that he had been resurrected.

Father YEHOVAH and His son YEHOSHUA do not share the same name. It is FATHER Yehovah Who gave His SON His name and that name is Yehoshua, not Yehovah. The name Yehoshua means ‘Yehovah is Redeemer’ which designates FATHER Yehovah as our Supreme Redeemer. Yehoshua said that his FATHER and his Almighty One [God] GAVE Him all power (authority) in heaven and in the earth.

Yehovah is LORD. Yehoshua is Lord, but he is not LORD. FATHER Yehovah made His SON Yehoshua Lord, but He did not make him LORD. FATHER Yehovah gave His SON Yehoshua all power or authority in heaven and in the earth and it was in this sense that He made him Lord.

Yehovah is LORD [in all caps representing His Name YHVH]. Yehoshua is Lord, but he is not LORD [YHWH]. FATHER Yehovah made His SON Yehoshua Lord, but He did not make him LORD [Himself YHWH]. FATHER Yehovah gave His SON Yehoshua all power or authority in heaven and in the earth and it was in this sense that He made him Master [Lord].

Father Yehovah clearly said that He was the Creator of the heavens and the earth and ALL THINGS IN THEM. FATHER Yehovah’s SON Yehoshua did not create ANYTHING and he never proclaimed that he had created ANYTHING.

But to us there is but one Yehovah [LORD, God], the Father, of Who are all things, and we in Him; and one Master [Lord], Yehoshua the Messiah, because of who are all things, and we because of him (1 Corinthians 8:6).

Father Yehovah's word is just that, His word. His word is not a separate being or person apart from Himself just as our word is not a separate being or person apart from ourselves.

Idols are referred to as 'god' in Scripture, but idol gods do not represent Father Yehovah (God). The word 'god' simply signifies something that is said to have power, strength, might or authority. Scripture says that all of the gods of the nations are nothing but worthless idols that cannot speak or move and must be fastened down so that they do not topple over. Such gods have no power whatsoever.

16 Reasons Yeshua is not Yahowah.

Yeshua said that The Father was the ONLY SUPREME MIGHTY ONE (Yahchanan [John] 17:3).

Yeshua is called a priest after the order of Melek Tzaddik [Hebrews 7,8].

Yeshua is the mediator between Yahowah and man (I Timothy 2:5).

Yeshua was appointed as an apostle by Yahowah (Hebrews 3:1,2).

Yeshua is called an intercessor between Yahowah and man (Hebrews 7:25).

Yahowah is the head of Yeshua (1 Corinthians 11:3).

Yeshua says Yahowah is greater than he is [Yahchanan {John} 14:28].

Yeshua said that none is righteous but Yahowah (Mattithyah [Matthew] 19:17).

Yahowah is called Yeshua’s Mighty One (Yahchanan 20:17; Yahchanan Mark 12:35-37).

There is but one Supreme Mighty One, the Father, of whom are all things … (1 Corinthians 8:5,6).

Power was given to Yeshua by Yahowah [Mattithyah 28:18].

Yeshua did his works in Yahowah’s name and not his own (Yahchanan 10:25).

Yeshua's doctrine is not his own, but Yahowah’s (Yahchanan 7:16,17).

Yeshua was taught by Yahowah [Yahchanan 8:28].

Yeshua said that he could do nothing of himself (Yahchanan 5:19).

Yeshua said only Yahowah knows the time of his return (Yahchanan Mark 13:32).

During the time of Yeshua's life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tearsto the One Who could redeem him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal redemption for all who obey him (Hebrews 5:7-9).

Yeshua had to walk a course of belief and obedience in order to achieve perfection. By achieving perfection, Yeshua “became” the source of eternal redemption.

Did Yehoshua Preexist His Birth?

Jesus was born, came into the world or into existence as a mortal man just as any other man. It says that he was MADE like his brothers IN EVERY RESPECT. He is now an immortal man in heaven.
