Not sure what to do.

Hello, I was wondering if one of my bands would be able to use your picture Saturday at the Cemetery, for an album cover. If you want royalties or anything we are willing to give them. We are located in *********, Oregon. We do not have any music online yet, but we will be in the studio today recording so that there is. We are a deathmetal/deathcore band. If you want, we will send you a copy of our album as well as my other band This Torturous Life. THe band that I was hoping could use your picture is Screamig At Your Funeral

I'm actually really honored but my problem lies with if I should ask for compensation? If I ask for compensation, what would be a fair to ask? Any one else have any other idea of how I should even say it.

I've been sitting on this for the past two days trying to think of how to word it. I'm just drawing blanks. Help!
