Quite a number of my clients and newsletter receipients have asked that I post the regular weekly rebound exercise newsletter on this blog as many of them use a feed reader and prefer to receive their newsletter that way. I will still post health and fitness messages, but will also regularly post rebound exercise news, tips, exercises and motivation. I look forward to your comments and observations.
