Without question, the number one reason people give for not exercising is that they have no extra time to make that trip to the gym. Millions of Americans are desperately searching for home fitness equipment that is affordable, portable, storable and efficient. The rebounder fits all of these criteria while helping you to reduce your risk of heart disease and other health problems such as osteoporosis. No matter what your physical condition, you will gain balance, agility and strength by using the rebounder for just 10-15 minutes a day. If you sit at a desk all day, rebound exercise is perfect for you.

Keeping a rebounder in your office will allow you to relieve upper-back and neck tensions and give you a burst of energy. Instead of using your coffee break for caffeine and a carbohydrate-laden snack, spend those fifteen minutes giving yourself relaxing, restorative time on your rebounder. Turn this time into a mini-meditation that will give your mind a break from its never-ending to-do list.

Re: "Affordable home fitness equipment"
Hey!  My girlfriends and I are doing a "diet" blog and thought you may have some valuable info to contribute and help get our overweight butts back into shape.  I'm "Doot" by the way, sweetand sassy is my alternate ego -- the one who admits that I'm not as skinny as I like to think I am!  Smiley

Hi. I have been watching your blog (well at least I was before the holidays) and knew that you had plans to begin another blog dedicated to dieters. How is everything going with your plan? If there is anything I can offer at all I will be happy to do it. My best advice is begin by just moving more. You will be amazed at how simply taking a few really deep breaths every once in a while will invigorate you and get you going. Try doing what I call microwave exercises. You can do 20 or better arm curls while you are waiting for your coffee to warm up in the microwave. Always be aware of an opportunity to move,  take deep breaths, stretch, etc. You will begin to want to exercise and limber up once you get your muscles moving in the right direction.

Holler at me anytime and I will watch your progress with great interest.

Best wishes to you.

Re: "Affordable home fitness equipment"
Thanks, I appreciate it. By the way, it has been proven by studies that eating 3 servings of yogurt each day is very effective in reducing belly fat. If you are not a big breakfast eater, try replacing breakfast and dinner with yogurt and eating a common sense lunch since you will have plenty of time to burn it off before turning in for the night.

I follow this plan: Minimum of 2 yogurts daily and one daytime meal and find that I have energy to burn! Not only that, but I have little or no cravings. Even if I do over do it once it a while, it is very easy to get back on track. I also put my yogurt in the freezer and have it for a snack. It takes a long time to eat a container of frozen yogurt!

I've heard that too.  I love yogurt.    My daughter does too.  In our fridge on any given day you'll find Dora yogurt, Dannon yogurt (hubby likes those) and my low carb yogurts.  haha

Excellent! Try using yogurt as a meal replacement or a snack and I promise you will see the inches drop off of your midsection very quickly.
