Hey! My girlfriends and I are doing a "diet" blog and thought you may have some valuable info to contribute and help get our overweight butts back into shape. I'm "Doot" by the way, sweetand sassy is my alternate ego -- the one who admits that I'm not as skinny as I like to think I am!

Hi. I have been watching your blog (well at least I was before the holidays) and knew that you had plans to begin another blog dedicated to dieters. How is everything going with your plan? If there is anything I can offer at all I will be happy to do it. My best advice is begin by just moving more. You will be amazed at how simply taking a few really deep breaths every once in a while will invigorate you and get you going. Try doing what I call microwave exercises. You can do 20 or better arm curls while you are waiting for your coffee to warm up in the microwave. Always be aware of an opportunity to move, take deep breaths, stretch, etc. You will begin to want to exercise and limber up once you get your muscles moving in the right direction.
Holler at me anytime and I will watch your progress with great interest.
Best wishes to you.

I added you, so the next time you check my blog you'll be able to see my entries. We have a few ladies on there as well who are having at it like me. Thanks, much!
Thanks, I appreciate it. By the way, it has been proven by studies that eating 3 servings of yogurt each day is very effective in reducing belly fat. If you are not a big breakfast eater, try replacing breakfast and dinner with yogurt and eating a common sense lunch since you will have plenty of time to burn it off before turning in for the night.
I follow this plan: Minimum of 2 yogurts daily and one daytime meal and find that I have energy to burn! Not only that, but I have little or no cravings. Even if I do over do it once it a while, it is very easy to get back on track. I also put my yogurt in the freezer and have it for a snack. It takes a long time to eat a container of frozen yogurt!

I've heard that too. I love yogurt.
My daughter does too. In our fridge on any given day you'll find Dora yogurt, Dannon yogurt (hubby likes those) and my low carb yogurts. haha
