i was talking to becca and tried to change shirts while still talking on gary [no idea why i didnt just use speaker phone...] and i noticed gary was starting to slip. so i tried to regrip so that wouldnt fall. this only made him fall in a more spectacular manner. immensely dramatic with flips and twists in the air. in an effort to break his fall i reach out with my foot [both arms being now entangled in the shirt i was trying to put on] but this was in vain. gary merely struck my foot and flew to the corner of my room. he hit the baseboard and came to a stop on my carpeted floor. 

my ankle was throbbing and was starting to swell a little bit as i hobbled over to where he lay. i picked him up and disvovered that the call was still active, but id lost connection. it was really weird... so i hung up and tried to call her back. but gary kept giving me this error message "not registered on the network" so i turned him off and took the battery and sim card out for 2 minutes [thats what tmobile tells me to do when i lose service] then i put everything back together and tried again. EVERYTHING works fine but i cant register on the network. so no phone calls or text messages for fitchy [which sucks because aj was about to call me too!]

so since gary was being dickish i went online to get help. i used tmobile live chat to speak with a customer representative about what happened. they determined that if gary was in good condition then i could get a replacement handset for free [minus shipping and handling] but if he was damaged in any way id have to pay a deductible of $130 to get a replacement D:

its okay though because after troubleshooting she established that gary was in fact a-okay and i could get the free replacement. it will take 1-3 days to get here and until then i will have to get a temporary phone via the tmobile lending program. im going to pick it up today.

im really pissed... because of this whole thing i didnt get to talk to aj last night and he was going crazy! this morning i woke up to a barrage of emails. he even made a facebook account and added me so he could send me messages there last night! for some reason i thought hed be pissed off at me? or think i was trying to avoid him like most people think when they call me and i dont pick up on the first ring [no names... -coughlizcough-]

but he probably will be pissed off when he finds out i broke gary II... he bought my first gary after my blackberry pearly drowned in a pool [i was chaperoning a summer camp field trip and the little demons pulled me in the pool fully dressed with pearly in my pocket] and the first gary fell off a couch that was a foot and a half high and somehow that made his screen not work... so this gary is my second and the one in the mail will be my third...

i have the worst luck with phones... maybe i should invest in a cheap-ish prepaid brick phone. theyre pretty resilient...

still havent talkeed to aj... he hasnt replied to any of my messages yet... im nervous
