On their recent Journey to lake Placid Raechel had been reading some Winnie the Pooh to Stewie when they both went to sleep. The angel and her guardian. Momma Melanie caught the photo while Dan the Bird Man drove through the mountains.

The ancient Welsh folk song, Ar Hyd y Nos. It was first published under that name by Bardd y Brenin (Edward Jones) in Musical Relicks of the Welsh Bards(1784).* The first English lyrics were possibly written by Amelia Opie and was sung to an English setting, "Here beneath a willow weepeth poor Mary Ann." Love your version better... Stewie looks like he is guarding his angel Raechel.. such a beautiful shot... Melanie is a great at taking pics...Glad they went to Lake Placid... such a beautiful place..

I took my Mom there when I was about 19 ... just the 2 of us... we had a great time... I think this was the 1st vacation she has ever had before or since without my Dad... Great place.. great people.. have only been back there once... I must get there again... Loved it... Can't believe this angel has only been here for 1 year... I think that she has always been in your heart... she was just waiting for the right time... when you needed her most... now you have eachother... nothing could be greater than a grandfather's love...
