Funny that i a former minister would say this but I woiuld not put a child into anything like church until they are about 4.
Then because of your beliefs I would look at a very inclusive church meaning one that does NOT exclude other faiths. I would look more into a house or study group of some kind. I have actually been looking at attending a monthly multifaith film club for children and adults where people have coffee juice etc between films and talk about what they have seen.
I could go on and on about this but not as the first response.
How are you feeling and when is the baby due.?

Awww, isn't that special...
Hey! Don't tell me you're turning into one of the happy shiny people!
OMG!!!
JK - you know I'm happy for you.
Find a non-denominational church for the baptism... or some ordained minister - like me, for free, just pay for my gas to drive to Alpine! LOL
Lessee... 1250 miles... 24mpg... 18 gal tank...
DooooooD - that would be more than I probably make in.... well, like, a long long time! Bookstores don't pay so good!
And NONONO! Never SHP me! We've already discussed our fears of turning out a jock child, and agreed to euthanize it for the betterment of the world if that is the case! He/she better be a malcontented nerd like the parents or there will be hell to pay!
