I don't believe in the "power of positive thinking". I believe that positive thinking can help your attitude, it can help you see the possibilities you may miss if you are busy being a crabass. HOWEVER, I do not believe that those who have negative experiences have them because they were not thinking happy thoughts.
People who believe that everyone who has bad times are simply negative thinkers have usually never been through truly bad shit. Those who have are often in denial because they have come through their bad times and would rather believe that they really have control over those bad times and admitting that sometimes SHIT JUST HAPPENS would mean that they would have to admit that they might potentially have a bad time once again whether or not they have good Feng Shui.
People who believe that thinking shitty thoughts does not affect their outlook on life are equally daft.
People who obsess on what other people think instead of thinking about their own thinking and amending it are probably even more daft.
Excepting my self, of course.

There is room for non sense in every bodies lives.
If there isn't room for non sense in your life, perhaps you should re-examine your priorities.
There is room for both more and less priorities in every bodies lives as well.
If you have too many priorities, you may be missing reality. If you have none, you may be missing a chance to create a part of your reality.

I do really believe you create parts of your reality
I don't believe in randomness, but I do believe in Chaos - only insofar as Chaos is a form of order misunderstood by those of us who believe that "order" is what we have defined in our limited time in Creation - as if we have a fucking clue, c'mon!!!
I do believe in G-d
I don't believe that G-d has a predestined path for each person on this earth. He might put little markers out here and there, but we have Free Will, that is part of the whole being alive deal. You can choose - you have to choose.

I think you may be right... I don't know what "it" is - but something is percolating in here.... Fueled by some really great interactions this week, and a band which played at the Blues Saturday - Guy Forsyth Band . Emailed them after buying their CD "Love Songs: For and Against" and got a most awesome reply. Met another guy (not from here) who sparked some more of my inner fire that I did not know how to kindle... hoping I can keep the flame going, feeding it for all its worth!

Thank you... Like I said, not sure what "it" is, but whatever that hidden thing is that uncurls within me every once in a while is uncurling and I hope I'm ready for what Her plans are.

well considering i read what you said while i was lightly drunk and hadnt slept in 3 days it wasnt exactly easily digested.

basically i looked at what you said and thought it could possibly be interesting... if i was smart enough to understand it.

so you wouldnt mind putting the question and all that in laymens terms for me would ya now?

not so much the spark because that refers to you before i visited your blog.

once i decide to i might investigate some and then possibly, after gaining some history, ask about the spark

I'm still not sure I understand what you are asking... You are smart enough to understand it, I'm sure - most of what I write has no intellectual content whatsoever - it really is just blather and mental wandering...

If you are referring to the content of my post (this particular post) there really wasn't a main point, and unless I know a specific part of what you are asking about I can't really translate it... Because it would be really really really long to translate bullet by bullet what I meant in another form. A lot of understanding it just has to do with speaking the same or similar language as my self, which not many folks do, unless you are crazy or obsessed with certain topics.

But I would certainly be more than happy to explain my self if I knew more clearly what I needed to explain!

I am a Christian minister, non-denominational. I believe in Adonai God, my father in heaven. I believe that Y'shua (Jesus) was his only begotten son. I believe in the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit). I hope that was what you were asking.
