before, i never felt like a girl.  whoa, wait.  that doesn't sound very accurate.  hmm...how do i put these words?  before...before, i never felt very feminine.  well, i'd sport my skirts and dresses.  occasionally, i'd thoroughly comb or brush my hair and put lotion on and all that jazz.  but all that sort i've never really picked up on the daily.  of course, i shower and such daily - hygiene is more important to me than i am making it sound, but that deal is not so much your business.  :P

anyway, within the past few months, i've actually started feeling...feminine.  the walking, the talking, the behavior.  i still live on that tomboy edge, but my feminism has become more important to me lately.  i don't know why or how it all happened.  perhaps having had a boyfriend changed me, or maybe i just woke up one morning and was like, yeh, i'm a chick.  duuuude.  time to chick-ify myself.  i think that latter is more precise, especailly after i started actually having a more-female figure with the waist and stuff.  and then the taking more care of the hair.  skin's not problem as long as i put no makeup on it.  i mean, i never break out unless i put makeup on it.  and when i'm on the rag, i only get one pimple at the most.  the rest of the time, only water touches my skin and lipstick my lips.  and tweezers to my eyebrows.  haha.  ;)

maybe i should start taking a bit more care so i don't always have to deal with when my skin dries out like it does every winter or my joints and legs get all ashy.  i should be more consistent with that lotioning business.

hahahha.  what an odd entry...for me.

It's crazy how much we can change in what seems like so little time. :] I enjoy looking back at old entries as well.

You write with detail - that itself is feminine! - like guys describing colours would be like "yellow" or "purple" or "green" whereas women seem more likely to say more elaborate stuff like "blonde" or "violet" or "indigo" or "turquoise" lol

Its perfectly reasonable to be a tom boy and still take care of yourself. I guess you grew into yourself?

It's been a long time ago but I still remember how I felt when I changed over from tomboy and girly, girl. I just really loved that I was also filling out in the right places instead of looking like a pole. I also remember that I had alot of fun with it. So chicky you just strut your stuff and have fun while you have it.

have a great day
